This website is operated by Muchos Besos. We sell graphic T-shirts and apparel designed by us and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand service.

All products available on our website feature original artwork created by us.

While we strive to display product images and colours as accurately as possible, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Our products are produced and shipped using a print-on-demand service provider (Tapstitch).

 

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Muchos Besos.

These designs are hand-drawn and original, and may not be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Sold

  • Used commercially
     

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

4. Orders

By placing an order on our website you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
     

Because our items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.

 

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors if they occur.

 

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partner (Tapstitch).

Production and shipping times may vary depending on location and demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
     

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received
     

If this occurs, please contact us within 5 Days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

 

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a limited time after purchase before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
