How should I wash and care for my t shirt?

Wash on a gentle cycle, no more than 30°C. Tumble dry low and do not dry clean.

Wash inside out
Avoid bleach
Do not iron directly on the design
Air dry when possible

Where do we ship from?

As we are using Tapstitch to fulfil our products, each item is shipped from the USA.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all items are made to order, orders can only be cancelled or changed shortly after purchase.

Once production begins, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually take:

2–5 business days for production
10–14 business days for delivery (times may vary)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and seasonal demand. Because our items are made to order, delivery may take longer than traditional retail stores

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

your order number
photos showing the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange my item if the size doesn’t fit?
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

change of mind
incorrect size ordered
dissatisfaction with the design after printing
