Return & Refund Policy

​Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

However, we will replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged

• Are defective

• Are incorrect

To request assistance:

2. Include your order number

3. Include photos of the issue

4. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

We will review the issue and submit a claim with our fulfilment partner Tapstitch. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund may be issued.
